Iowa University System   A business case assessment was carried out by the Regent System, its universities, and Board Office in Iowa to determine alignment on the overall educational mission and provide an alternative organizational structure. May Gurney PLC   Throughout 2008 and 2009 the Chazey team delivered a Shared Service Organisation (SSO), providing end-to-end HR capabilities from 'hire to retire'.
