Higher Education Transformation

Higher Education, as well as the Public Sector in general, is undergoing momentous changes. Universities are facing significant challenges; decreasing budgets, skyrocketing tuition fees, increasing competition, greater technology requirements, and stricter compliance requirements are all driving Higher Education institutions to find more innovative approaches to how they operate and how they spend their dollars.

These challenges are causing Higher Education institutions to strive for operational excellence from back office functions to help support academic excellence and many institutions are realizing that transformation is an excellent opportunity for achieving this.

Although there are some unique challenges to Higher Education, the goals are very much the same as any other organizational transformation or Shared Services implementation. By focusing on spending less on activities that do not support the core mission, driving efficiencies and cost savings through economies of scale, and improving scalability of systems, institutions are achieving operational excellence and gaining competitive advantages.

At Chazey Partners, we have over twenty years of transformation and Shared Services experience earned as practitioners and operational managers. We have a unique wealth of tried and tested tools and methodologies to help universities transform their operations to overcome these challenges and gain acceptance and buy in from staff.  Our Higher Education transformation approach delivers a holistic range of services to enable universities to increase efficiencies, improve quality, and strengthen compliance.
